Nominative Case (Mianownik) - Feminine Plural Nouns

Feminine plural nouns in Nominative Case take the following endings:

The -y/i ending usage

Use the -y/i ending for nouns whose stem ends with a hard consonant or -ść.

ending, because that is the ending intended for stems ending with a soft consonant. Additionionally this noun also has the mobile -e- irregularity, so it drops the
e
letter from the last syllable of its stem.

Use the -e ending for nouns whose stem ends with a soft consonant (except -ść).
