Many minor improvements and bug fixes

Hello! I've added many minor improvements across the website.
Fixed some bugs:
  • changing the microphone while recording was breaking the Speech Practice modal
  • audio effects sometimes did not work on mobile
  • the progress bar while loading the Practice Speech modal was stuck at 32% all the time
  • the Ctrl + Space shortcut for playing audio was clashing with the Mac Spotlight shortcut
  • spelling practice exercises had unnecessary bolding on possessive pronouns in English translations
Added improvements:
  • redesigned modals a bit and added a footer with a close button
  • added a global setting for hiding the "hold SHIFT to scroll horizontally" hint, with improved logic for when it is shown - it appears only if a table takes up more than 50% of the screen height
  • in the noun declinator, added information about how many forms you will have to decline
  • redesigned shortcut hints in exercises - they are easier to see and easy to hide
  • added a shortcut for playing audio at half speed
  • added a tooltip on the button that hides buttons with Polish characters
  • added a second audio player to spelling exercises - it plays only the fragment you must type instead of the whole sentence, and you can play it at half speed too
